Windows 10 Company Refresh and Install (250 User Upgrade)
We were a first adapter to upgrade our complete company to Windows 10. We used a small pilot group to test all of our Line of Business Applications and worked to make sure compatibility was standardize across the organization.
We supported a variety of update management solutions including onsite and remote installs.
These solutions enabled us to select which updates were to deploy to which devices on what schedule. The design point of these Windows updating solutions was to enable Windows business devices to be selectively updated like mainframes – where reliability is paramount, and an at will install for the client machines.
Migrate Companies Internal website to SharePoint Office 365
Migrated several SharePoint Services 3.0 sites and some SharePoint Foundation 2010 sites to a new SharePoint Standard Office 365 cloud offering. This included setup with all the old data available in the new interface and access permission transfer.
Web Site Redesign and Marketing Launch
The Web Site Redesign project included resource management and technical level of expertise that included:

Meeting with ownership on branding and regular meetings with them

Drawing up detailed website specifications

Designing sample page layouts including text size and colors;

Filming video and directing filming onsite shoot

Designing the website's visual imagery and ensuring it is in line with company branding policy

Chargeable Help Desk Implementation
Copiers Northwest had a free Help Desk model for over 10 years and my task was to create a way to offset the cost of this service. The solution was to create an additional higher level of support that could be chargeable to the customer.
First was the process to simplify the workflow process, with the emphasis to provide the customer with an exceptional experience, set expectations and create an efficient operation. The goal was to provide a smooth and easy mechanism for the customer to receive top level service.
Complete IT Infrastructure Upgrade - Bend, Oregon
Acquisition merger of Synergy Office in Bend Oregon into existing Copiers Northwest Office in Seattle Wa. This was a complete teardown and rebuild while merging over existing data from 10 plus years of clients.
This project included a full network, Domain Controller, Exchange Server, local VM server, phone system, and PC and Video Conference system. This included a new PowerEdge server, Avaya switch, SonicWALL, Avaya phone system, computers, security system, and all installed in a 48 hour turnaround.
Network and Location downtime was less than 10 minutes during this project.
Technology Data Integration Upgrade (Fiber Line Expansion)
I worked with the team from TW Communications (now known as Level3) on the analysis and request for purchase. This included a full RFP on upgrading our complete company backbone, included testing, and implementation requirements for the company.
PrintSmart Software, Application and Management of 15,000 Devices
Management of overall operational task.
Exchange Server Upgrade 2003 - 2010
Our project was a complete migration of users from Exchange server 2003 to Enterprise Exchange Server 2010 with a complete upgrade of the Active Directory.
Windows 8.1 Company Rollout (250 User Upgrade)
Our project was a complete migration of users from Exchange server 2003 to Enterprise Exchange Server 2010 with a complete upgrade of the Active Directory.
SIP Conversion of VOIP
Upgrade of Voice from Traditional line switch to premise-based Avaya system. This includes architecture configuration, training and deployment.
